If you have any questions or comments, feel free to call us or email us at sales@eurostl.com. If you order through sales an order confirmation will be emailed shortly after receipt of a purchase order. Please review the confirmation for accuracy and report any discrepancies to our customer service team immediately.

Shipping

We strive to ship all in-stock products the same day as the order. Since EuroGourmet is centrally located in St.Louis, MO, your orders can be delivered to you as soon as 1 to 2 days, depending on your location. Please contact us for specific delivery times EuroGourmet offers free local deliveries with orders over $100, otherwise a delivery fee of $10 will be added. Outside of the St.Louis metropolitan area, a $250 minimum is required, otherwise a delivery fee of $25 will be added to your order. For UPS or FEDEX we offer free standard shipping with orders over $100 (except for frozen products & special orders).

If you have entered the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately via phone. We ship items as quickly as possible (often same day) so let us know as soon as you know something is wrong. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us via phone as well. 636.970.6400

Summer Shipping

Due to heat-sensitivity of many of our products, we will insulate with cold packs, dry ice, and special liners at minimal cost to you. During heat waves, our most heat-sensitive items may have to be shipped via UPS or FEDEX air. Frozen items will always be shipped with dry ice in an insulated box.

Pricing

Pricing is subject to change without notice depending upon multiple circumstances. Commodity, fluctuations, foreign exchange rate, inflation, etc…

Terms

All first orders are shipped COD or by Credit Card unless a credit application has been approved ahead of time. All invoices are due upon receipt. Any invoices unpaid after 30 days will be subject to late fees and interest of 1.5% monthly. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Damaged Products

All claims must be turned in within 48 hours of receipt to ensure proper credit or exchange of products.

Returns & Exchanges

EuroGourmet stands behind all of its products, offering 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will accept any returns of any of our products in good condition withing 30 days of receiving. However, special order returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be returned in some cases. Please contact customer service in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning your item. We will not accept any returns without RMA.

Mixing & Breaking of Cases

EuroGourmet is dedicated to helping you purchase our products by the unit, if at all possible, at no extra charge. We also offer many automatic discounts based on volume. Please ask your sales representative or call us at 636.970.6400 for more information.
